TurkLuxx is a property marketing and buyer-introduction company.

TurkLuxx markets selected property opportunities and facilitates introductions and communications between prospective buyers and property developers and/or their authorized representatives.

TurkLuxx is not the property developer or seller unless expressly identified as such in a separate written agreement.

02 TurkLuxx Does Not Conduct the Property Transaction

TurkLuxx does not itself conduct or complete the property purchase transaction.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, TurkLuxx does not:

• Receive or hold property purchase funds
• Receive or hold deposits
• Operate escrow accounts
• Process purchase payments
• Conduct property closings
• Transfer title
• Execute purchase contracts on behalf of the buyer or developer
• Provide financing
• Approve mortgages or loans
• Provide legal services
• Provide tax services
• Provide immigration services
• Process citizenship applications
• Process residency applications
• Provide investment advice
• Guarantee investment returns

The actual property transaction is between the buyer and the applicable developer, seller, or other authorized transaction party.

03 Developer Relationship

Properties marketed by TurkLuxx may be owned, developed, sold, or provided by independent developers or other third parties.

The applicable developer or property provider is responsible for the property and the transaction between that party and the buyer.

TurkLuxx does not assume responsibility for obligations that belong to the developer, seller, owner, closing provider, financial institution, attorney, tax professional, immigration professional, or other independent third party.

04 Property Information

TurkLuxx makes reasonable efforts to present useful property information.

However, property information may be provided or updated by developers or other third parties and may change.

This may include:

• Prices
• Availability
• Property specifications
• Floor plans
• Dimensions
• Amenities
• Completion dates
• Payment schedules
• Developer incentives
• Images
• Renderings
• Views
• Location information

Users should confirm all material information directly with the applicable developer or authorized representative before entering into a transaction.

05 No Guarantee of Availability

A property appearing on the TurkLuxx website does not guarantee that the property remains available.

Properties may be:

• Withdrawn

06 No Contract Created Through Website

Website content, property listings, inquiries, advertisements, or communications from TurkLuxx do not themselves create a binding property purchase contract.
